劉承愚律師

Ben Liu

劉律師曾經接受過完整的醫學、法學及財務的專業訓練，曾服務於理律法律事務所及美國Perkins Coie法律事務所台北分所，2000年創建益思科技法律事務所，2007年至2016年擔任鴻海精密工業股份有限公司獨立董事。

劉律師主要執業領域為科技產業的投資、併購及知識產權規劃，包括跨國商業合作、公司投資及併購、創投事業之投資及投資後管理、生醫產業投資、合資企業設立、技術授權、員工股權激勵計劃，一般公司法律事項處理、一般合約談判等。由於具備生醫學術訓練及臨床工作經驗，劉律師亦致力於協助台灣生醫新創團隊之創業及投資事務。

除此之外，近年來我國富裕家族逐漸重視建立家族傳承，劉律師亦與國富浩華會計師事務所團隊合作，協助當事人建立家族治理制度，並與家族企業的公司治理相結合，在平衡家族及企業之長期利益考量下，做好所有權與經營權之安排，使家族企業能和諧傳承，促進家族企業轉型與永續經營。
