劉承慶律師

Mann Liu

劉承慶律師專精於智慧財產權法律領域，特別是著作權法的理論與實務，同時對於創新創業、投資併購與企業法務也具有豐富的實務經驗，服務對象涵蓋新創公司、中小企業、大型上市櫃公司以及外商企業。

近年來劉承慶律師將其在投資併購、智財權管理與公司經營管理等領域的豐富經驗移轉應用於文化內容產業的創新創業與IP開發，特別是影視產業開發、製作、發行以至於後續IP衍生開發利用與管理，不但曾經協助政府機構建構文化內容產業的投融資政策與機制，更擔任多部影視作品的監製/製作人，協助創作團隊將創意具體落實為商業產品並建構完整的智財權保護。
