Dami Liao

廖純誼

Attorney

Dami developed a strong focus on intellectual property and plant variety rights early in her academic career. Her master’s thesis was dedicated to in-depth research in plant variety rights, forming a solid foundation for her ongoing work in this specialized field.

After graduation, she joined Infoshare Tech Law Office, where she has consistently expanded her expertise in intellectual property and gained substantial practical experience. Over the years, she has handled a range of IP-related matters and continuously refined her legal skills through hands-on work.

Her areas of expertise include the cultural and creative industries, e-commerce, digital marketing, media advertising, and brand planning and management. She offers comprehensive legal services encompassing intellectual property (IP) management, strategy, and litigation, as well as general corporate legal affairs such as contract review , risk evaluation, and legal analysis. Notably, in the increasingly active field of plant variety rights, she has successfully helped rights holders assert their claims and obtain full compensation—an uncommon achievement in this emerging area of law.
