InfoShare Tech Law Office (益思科技法律事務所), founded in November 2000 by a group of passionate legal professionals in the field of emerging technologies, is headquartered in the Da’an District of Taipei, with a branch office in Taichung. The firm’s Chinese name, ‘益思,’ reflects our hope that our team’s ability to learn and think critically will continually improve in the course of practice. Our English name, InfoShare, embodies our founding mission: to gather and share the specialized knowledge we have accumulated through our research and experience in emerging legal fields. We strive to contribute to the advancement of Taiwan’s legal environment by sharing this knowledge with the public through our website, www.is-law.com, and various ISLAW publications.
In recent years, topics such as the cultural and creative industries, biomedical technology, innovation and entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence have garnered increasing attention. Our professional team has devoted considerable resources to these areas. For instance, we have established partnerships with several creative industry teams and serve as legal consultants to government agencies, internet startups, and university incubation centers. Building on our experience in legal research projects combined with industry consultancy, we offer cutting-edge, specialized legal services in these emerging fields.
Thanks to the efforts of our team, in addition to our independent research, our legal expertise has been recognized by numerous government agencies, foundations, and public and private enterprises, which have entrusted us with the execution of several legal research projects.
