Attorney Tsai graduated from the Department of Law at National Taiwan University in 1992 and passed both the Bar Examination and the Civil Service Senior Examination in the Financial Legal Affairs category in the same year. Beginning in 1993, she served at Chang Hwa Commercial Bank for over a decade, where she was responsible for handling non-performing loans, financial legal affairs, and corporate governance matters. During her tenure, she participated in many banking transactions such as negotiation and execution of interbank syndicated agreements and obtained professional certificates in futures and trust business. Jane Tsai also qualified as a Family Trust Planning Consultant in 2024.

In 2007, Attorney Tsai joined InfoShare Tech Law Office. She also served as a Supervisor of the publicly listed company Aces Electronics Co., Ltd. (TWSE: 3605) from 2007 to 2022.
